The Motown Collection is a must-have for any music lover. A "Like-New" Boxed Set of 10 Music CDs and. 1 Bonus DVD: "Ed Sullivan's Rock'n' Roll Motortown Review". This 10 CD set features one-hundred-fifty (150) Soul, Pop, Rock, and R&B classics from various Motown artists.

The bonus DVD runs 44 minutes. It's in color and Not Rated. Each of the 10 CDs features 15 Classic Motown Songs for a total of 150 songs. This CD/DVD set features artists like The Jackson 5, Stevie Wonder, The Temptations, The Four Tops, Smokey Robinson & The Miracles, The Supremes, Marvin Gaye, Tammi Terrell, Edwin Starr, The Spinners, Martha & The Vandellas, David Ruffin, Gladys Knight & The Pips, The Isley Brothers, and Diana Ross, just to name a few. The BONUS DVD highlights how for OVER 2 DECADES, Ed Sullivan presented some of the biggest stars of rock, pop, soul, and R&B live on stage.

Ed loved having Berry Gordy's remarkable roster of talent on his stage, and Gordy knew that exposure on Sullivan would usually lead to record sales the very next week. I inherited this set from my late cousin (RIP), who had unsealed only 2 of the CD jewel cases and the DVD case. The other 3 CD jewel cases are still sealed in their original plastic. All the cases, CDs, and DVD look MINT to me. The box is also in like-new condition, except for some white paper showing near the corner hinged area (see photo). Frankly, if I didn't already have my own Motown collection of music, I would have kept this lovely boxed set.

This boxed set is a MUST-HAVE for any music collector or fan of the Motown Sound.
